Coaching

Package grouping of online sessions to delve into the full framework. Movement, exercises, and coaching sessions will be taught remotely. Each session is for 1 hour.

Package grouping of hybrid sessions with in-person physical modalities, exercises, and guided meditations with dialogue and reflective sessions happening remotely. Each session is for 1 hour, and sessions will be 50/50 in-person/virtual.
